Here We Come Terrible Two's

My baby boy is now Two Years Old! I can not believe it has been two years since this little turkey was cut out of my gut! (I know such a visual, but just goes to show he has been a little from the beginning, flipping around somewhere between a 6 and 8 dilation!) Anyways....we didn't do anything big, but we had a good time! We had Grandma and Grandpa, Hoho, Nick and Nickolas and Paul all over for pizza (Braxty's favorite food), cupcakes and presents!
He was pretty funny as we gathered around him to sing Happy Birthday. He sat patiently waiting just looking at us all. Then when it was time to blow out the candles he knew exactly what to do! Thank goodness he was eating his own cupcake...there was a little bit of slobber with the blowing!

He was pretty funny with his cupcake. He of course had to just taste it a bit to see what he thought of it. Once he decided it was okay he picked it up, but ultimately decided it was better to eat without the hands, face first! He knew we all thought it was pretty funny, so he took full advantage of the attention!

When we told him it was time to open presents, he again didn't quite understand at the beginning. But as soon as Trenton started the corner of a present he made it very clear to Trenton that he understood. "No Brothy, is my burday present". He ripped into Toy Story Lego Boxes from Grandma and Grandpa Crawford, and a Car's garage from Mom, Dad, and Trenton. He didn't quite understand the money that was given to him...but one day!

He spent the rest of the night flying the Buzz Lightyear around the room, and then got really into it when Grandma picked him and Buzz up and started flying both of them around the house!

Braxty, you are such a cute kid! You are spunky and hold your own around the house. You love to drink your strawberry milk all day long, and usually are seen holding a cup of gold fish with you. You love to hang out with your brother and his friends, and try so hard to be big like them! You love to play outside, run, kick, throw and bounce any ball you can find! You like to sit on the banana chair and watch movies...your most favorite being Signing Time and any of the Toy Story movies. You speak in complete sentences and love to sing songs. We love you so much and are so grateful you are a part of our family. Happy Birthday sweet Love. We love you so much!
