A Little Bit of Sledding

So Grandma and Grandpa have a little bit of a hill in their backyard. Grandma thought it would be fun to have some sleds around for the kids, so this last week there was finally snow, Daddy and a trip to Grandma's all on the same day! We actually went for Sunday dinner, but Josh and Nick thought it would be fun to send the boys down a couple of times.....I know....sorry.....it was on a Sunday. Anyways, because we did not go dressed to play in the snow, Daddy improvised and made Trenton a little snow suite and snowshoes out of a garbage bag and with Duct tape! Trenton is my more timid child, so it was all fun and games until he was actually put on the sled. He freaked out and started to cry, but Daddy threw him down anyways. He of course loved it, but kept slipping trying to climb back up the hill, so he was done after one ride. After a snowball fight with Dad and being hit in the face they had to have a little make up session before they came in. They then finished their snow play with a big snowman to wave to Grandma as she is doing the dishes!
